First Impressions: Helldivers 2
Initial thoughts on the new game, is it worth keeping it?
Just dove into Helldivers 2 this weekend:
- Good Performance: Smooth gameplay without any noticeable lag or stuttering.
- Decent UI: User interface is clean and intuitive.
- Stratagem Mechanics: Still getting the hang of calling in stratagems, but it adds an exciting layer to the gameplay.
- Graphics: Impressed by the graphics quality, bringing the game world to life with stunning visuals.
- Matchmaking: Matchmaking system seems to
be working well, easily finding matches with other playersbroken. It fails here and there when looking for a lobby.
Overall, my initial impression of Helldivers 2 is positive, and I’m excited to dive deeper into the game.

Update: Matchmaking is broken. Servers are down very often. People are getting disconnected, dealing with crashes and not gaining any XP. This is kind of expected from a new game, but I hope they make it up to the players by rewarding them for their patience.
